Fleabag

Fleabag

A beautiful show, extremely binge-able and super funny. The show is as awkward as it is relatable, and you will root for Fleabag as she struggles to deal with her family, her relationships, and her job. I watched the whole thing in one day, and by the end I felt like I had known the characters forever because of how well they were crafted. Kudos to Phoebe Waller-Bridge for writing and starring in such an amazing show. I’m so glad I watched it, and you will be too.

logline: A dry-witted woman, known only as Fleabag, has no filter as she navigates life and love in London while trying to cope with tragedy. The angry, grief-riddled woman tries to heal while rejecting anyone who tries to help her, but Fleabag continues to keep up her bravado through it all.

Fun Fact: Fleabag started off as a one-woman show before it was picked up by BBC.

My Favorite Characters:

  • Phoebe Waller-Bridge as Fleabag- no explanation needed obviously

  • Andrew Scott as The Priest(aka Hot Priest)- he stole the show in season two and stole the audience’s hearts <3

  • Sian Clifford as Claire- her banter with Fleabag is always hilarious, and their duo is one of the funniest I’ve ever seen.
